After having formed our initial
prototype for simplifying the process of meeting with someone in the office of
career development, our group sent our prototype off to our anonymous client.
Since there is already handshake, which can be used to organize meetings in the
office of career development, the questions within our prototype would ideally
be add-ons to the already existing application. That being said, our client
informed us that putting a link to the available workshops and/or how to access
a schedule for them within the google form would be useful. The client cited
that if the user has the information for the workshops right there at their
fingertips when they are scheduling a meeting they might think twice before
actually submitting the form which would ultimately save some time for the
person reviewing the answers submitted.
Below
we have included the type of information they would like the link to lead
students to from within the google form.
